This tool makes a standard feature of the terminal "auto-scrolling graphics" more comfortable. In the standard version, if enabled autoscroll you can not scroll the chart back, as it with every new tick scrolled to the top, to the new prices. To do this you have to disable Autoscroll and only then move the chart.
The tool itself will disable scrolling, if you start to move the chart by looking at history. And if you move the chart to the top, to the new prices, auto turn on itself.
